Title: “$800 In An Hour: How I Doubled My Money with Lego Investing”

Hey there, Lego enthusiasts and savvy investors! Today, I want to share an incredible success story that proves that Lego investing can be an incredibly lucrative venture. Brace yourselves, because I made over $800 in profit on a single Lego set, and it only took me about an hour of work. That’s right, folks — we’re talking pure profit here, not just sales.

Let’s dive right into the details of this impressive feat. The set that brought me this sweet return is none other than the Lego Harry Potter: The Night Bus. With 43 pieces and a price point of $40, this set was a perfect candidate for Lego investing. Not only was it affordable, but it also had the potential to see significant growth due to its popularity in the Harry Potter fandom.

I decided to go all-in on this set and purchased a total of 30 units. Each unit cost me around $32, giving me a total inventory cost of $960. Mind you, I should have bought even more, but hindsight is a beautiful thing, isn’t it?

The magic truly started after the set retired. As expected, the price skyrocketed, almost doubling my initial investment. In no time, the set went from $32 to around $60, wiggle room for a handsome profit even after accounting for fees on platforms like Amazon or eBay. Throughout 2022, the price remained steady around $60, but when 2023 arrived, the demand grew stronger, and the set’s value climbed to around $80-$85.

After patiently twiddling my thumbs for about a year and a half, the time had come to unleash the Night Bus back into the world. I sold all 30 units for roughly $80 apiece, resulting in a total revenue of $2,389. After subtracting the initial inventory cost and various fees, my pure profit stood at a delightful $827.

Now, an 86% return on investment may not be mind-blowing to some, but considering I only invested an hour of work, I’m pretty darn pleased. Of course, if I had held onto the units a bit longer, allowing the price to rise even further, my returns could have been even greater. Maybe next time!

The key to achieving such returns lies in smart online sourcing and utilizing services like Amazon FBA to streamline the selling process. By simplifying my workload, I was able to maximize the profit per hour of work, making this sweet Lego investment even sweeter.

I hope this success story has inspired you to explore the exciting world of Lego investing. Remember, it’s not just a hobby; it can be a profitable venture too!
