Experience a jaw-dropping LEGO store and an unforgettable convention weekend like never before! from Youtuber- Emmasaurus
tall! We just finished our first day at Brick Slopes and it was a blast! The convention center was smaller than we expected, but it was still packed with Lego enthusiasts. We got to register and check-in, and let me tell you, the swag was worth it! Lego Master swag and a bag of masonry bricks? Sign me up!
The convention center had so many cool builds. My favorite was the ocean-themed display. The waves were so realistic and the texture really made it stand out. I also loved the downtown beach area with its vibrant colors. It’s definitely city goals for me!
There were also some amazing creations like a giant Tootsie Pop surrounded by Daily Bugles and a sitcom tower that I’ve been dreaming of adding to my city. And, of course, there was Heartlake City from Friends. I could stare at that all day!
But the highlight of the day was definitely the opening ceremony. It was packed with people and they gave out so many sets! I felt like a kid in a candy store. And to make it even better, I got my very own custom brickhead made by Peter from Space Time Brick Studios. It’s me, shopping with a Disney pile on my head. Perfection!
After the ceremony, we walked around, said hi to some people, and even saw a crazy fish tank display. It was mesmerizing. But now, it’s time to head back to the hotel and grab some pizza because I am starving!
Overall, it was a fantastic first day at Brick Slopes. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the weekend has in store for us. Plus, Utah is a surprisingly beautiful place. I might have to come back just for the scenery. Stay tuned for more adventures!
