Conquered My White Whale LEGO Set! Epic Day 2 at Brickfair Virginia Vlog

I FINALLY ACQUIRED MY WHITE WHALE LEGO SET!! Convention Vlog: Day 2 from Youtuber- Emmasaurus

Hey there, party people! Welcome to day two of Brick Fair Virginia. I’m here with Ross, who is having the time of his life. It’s currently Thursday, and yesterday was absolutely insane. We met up with our friend Lauren, and it’s been a whirlwind of overwhelming fun.

But enough about that, let’s get to the good stuff. Check out this video clip I got! I call it “The Worm,” but vertically. Emily, take a look! Isn’t it a masterpiece? It’s definitely going in my “Pillars of Success” collection.

Now, let me tell you about our morning. It’s been pretty slow so far. We decided to treat ourselves to some Chick-fil-A for breakfast because their chicken biscuit is out of this world. Then, for lunch, we indulged in a McDonald’s feast. Gotta fuel up for the day, you know?

We did manage to get some work done in the hotel room this morning, but now we’re finally here at the convention. Ross is living his best life, and we even got to enter through the giant warehouse door. It’s like a secret entrance for cool people like us.

Speaking of cool people, we ran into the Brickwoods again. Morning, Matt! That guy always has some wild techniques up his sleeve. I mean, have you seen those waves in his city? We need something like that in our Lego town, but I can’t even imagine the amount of work it would take.

Oh, and guess what? Ross asked Matt how to join Empire lug. Who knows, maybe he’ll become a Lego superstar. Anyways, let’s check out some vendors, shall we?

Wait, hold up! Look at this Rebels display! It’s like a store display, and it’s calling my name. But it’s $600, and I’m not sure I want to spend that much. I mean, we already have both of the sets, so that’s a small consolation, I guess.

But you know what I’m really into these days? Custom minifigs. Eclipse Graphics and K-Town Brick have some seriously awesome stuff. Ross had to go to the ATM (probably to withdraw some serious cash), but I’m here checking out all the cool customs.

I’m loving these mermaid torsos from K-Town Bricks, and those printed tiles are just glorious. And have you seen this missing goat? I can’t remember if we bought one in Chicago, but I might just get another one for good measure. I mean, a Lego city without a goat? Unthinkable.

Oh, check out these pirate legs with a peg leg. Those are always a hit. And what about this carnival game? It’s like they’re throwing balls into cups. Looks pretty challenging, but I don’t know if I have the skills for it.

And over here, we’ve got some collectible Lego items. Popsy, hats, badges, you name it. I feel like Ross needs more variety in his hat collection, even though he’s finally branching out into Disney hats. Oh, wait, this one’s not for sale? Well, I guess Mickey is coming home with us, Ross!

Okay, back to the adventure. We ran into Michael and his friends, and it was a blast. But the real surprise came when we discovered a mystery machine. Can you believe it? It’s like a dream come true for any Scooby-Doo fan like me.

Now, Abby’s Dabbies is where the real magic happens. They’ve got an amazing collection of Lego pieces, all pre-sorted and ready for the taking. Ross actually came back earlier with a ton of pieces, and I have no idea where he went. But let’s just say, we got some serious brick business going on.

We even met a sketchy Lego seller down in the lobby. It was all hush-hush and secret agent-like. We pulled some cash from the ATM, and now we’re ready to make some purchases. Oh, hey, there’s Jay! The man himself.

And here’s Aaron, all the way from Europe. He’s actually the brother of our favorite bricks and minifigs seller. He even let us have a sneak peek at some pieces before everyone else. Talk about feeling honored.

Man, Aaron’s got all the green in the world. Clear trans tiles, snot bricks, masonry bricks. It’s a LEGO lover’s dream. I think I’ll be buying a few of these myself.

So far, I’m sticking to my goal of only getting pieces for my LEGO creations. No sets for me this time. These teal pieces are calling my name, and I can already envision them in my LEGO city. Oh, and these little blue squares are just so cute. I’m absolutely stoked!

But wait, there’s more! Look at all these LEGO accessories. I’m loving this six-pack cooler. Just imagine how cool we’d be at a picnic with that bad boy. And patches! I could start collecting patches and putting them on my LEGO Levi jean jacket. But I’m torn because I don’t want to ruin it. Decisions, decisions.

Well, that’s it for now, folks. Stay tuned for more adventures at Brick Fair Virginia. And remember, always keep building, even if it means chasing after your white whale LEGO set. Until next time, stay awesome, LEGO investors!
