funny, isn’t it? Who wouldn’t want a purse full of Scooby Snacks? But enough about me, let’s get back to the Brickfair fun! After checking out the Atlanta Brickco booth, we took a stroll around the different stores. Now, I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed that none of them were open yet. I guess they were still setting up, but my stomach was growling, so we had to find some food soon.

But before we could satisfy our hunger, we stumbled upon the “Build a Minifig” section. You know, that place where you can mix and match different Lego heads, bodies, and accessories to create your very own custom minifigures. I always find it so fascinating! I mean, who wouldn’t want a mini version of themselves to play with? I’m tempted to come back later and see if there’s anything I can’t resist, even though my suitcase is already bursting at the seams. Gotta practice some self-control, right?

Speaking of merchandise, I couldn’t help but browse through the store displays. They had all sorts of Lego gear, from shirts to backpacks. Now, I’ve always been a fan of bold, in-your-face designs, so you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon the most eye-catching table of them all. And let me tell you, Lauren looked pretty cool with her silver backpack. It’s like she’s ready to conquer the Lego universe!

But back to my rumbling tummy. Ross was hungry too, so we went on a mission to find some food. We did get a bit distracted by the Atlanta Brickco booth (can you blame us?), but eventually, we found ourselves at a booth called “Bricks-a-Lottle.” I just love that name! They had all sorts of goodies, from retired sets to bulk pieces. I might have to swing by later and see if I can find some hidden gems.

Now, here’s where things get interesting. Since our suitcases are already bursting, we made a pact not to shop too much this time. I know, it’s hard to believe, but we’re trying to be responsible adults. But let me tell you, it’s taking all my willpower not to buy everything in sight. I mean, who can resist all those mini-figures and poly bags? Maybe I’ll just have a quick look, just to satisfy my curiosity…yeah, that’s it.

Oh look, Lauren just reminded me that I don’t even have a Benny minifigure. Can you believe it? Here I am, Mr. Lego Investor, and I don’t even have one of the most iconic characters in my collection. I mean, come on, it’s Benny! “Spaceship!” Now, normally I would have my trusty minifig purse with me, but today I’m rocking a Scooby Snacks one. It’s actually quite fitting, considering how much I love both Lego and Scooby-Doo.

Alright, now that my stomach is growling louder than ever, it’s time to find some food before I start devouring the Lego sets. Stay tuned for more adventures at Brickfair Virginia, where the Lego excitement never ends!
