Largest Release Day of the Year: LEGO Store Expedition in Washington DC from Youtuber- Emmasaurus

Title: BIGGEST RELEASE DAY OF THE YEAR!! LEGO Store Shopping In Washington DC

Hey LEGO enthusiasts! Welcome back to another exciting episode on our Lego investing website. Today, we have something special for you – a shopping adventure at the LEGO Store in Washington DC!

But before we dive in, let me tell you about our amazing sponsor, Lego World Builder. Did you know that you can get paid to create your very own Lego worlds? Yes, it’s true! Lego World Builder is a program that not many people know about, and we’ll talk more about it later in this video. So, let’s get started!

It’s a sunny morning in Washington DC, and we’re heading to the LEGO Store for the highly anticipated release day on August 1st. Now, you may be wondering why August 1st is such a big deal for Lego enthusiasts. Well, it’s one of the two biggest Lego release days of the year, the other being January 1st. So, you can imagine our excitement!

As we arrive at Tyson Square Mall, we realize we’re actually in Virginia, but hey, close enough to Washington DC, right? We’re joined by a special guest, Ross, who’s having a great time munching on a burrito. Apparently, they don’t make burritos that good up here. Sorry, DC, you might want to up your burrito game!

We reach the mall around 9 am, and according to our internet research, both the LEGO Store and the mall open at 10 am. But hold on, there’s no crazy line outside the mall like we usually see at our local LEGO store. Maybe we’ve struck gold and there won’t be a mad rush today?

Now, although we’re excited about all the new sets, considering we’re traveling, we have limited space in our suitcases. So, we’ll be a bit more strategic with our purchases today. Plus, we’re hoping to snag some awesome gift with purchases that Lego often offers, and we don’t want to miss out on those.

After exploring the mall, and taking a few wrong turns (hey, malls can be like mazes sometimes), we finally find the LEGO Store. And guess what? There’s a line! But not as long as we expected. Maybe the Lego hype in DC is not as crazy as in Austin, where lines can go on for miles. Nevertheless, we secure our spot in line, excited for what awaits us inside.

As we wait, we take a moment to appreciate the awesome Lego displays outside the store. We spot some fantastic sets, like the Turtle car from dreams, a massive shark ship, and even a fairy village. It’s moments like these that remind us why we love Lego so much.

Inside the store, we’re greeted by the familiar sight of colorful bricks and towering Lego sets. We browse through the shelves, checking out the new Sonic sets, Dream sets, and even the El Dorado Fortress that caught Ross’s eye.

But with limited space and the idea of sales and gift with purchases lurking in our minds, we exercise restraint. We decide to wait for certain sets to go on sale, and possibly nab a few of those elusive gifts with purchases.

As we wrap up our shopping experience, we can’t help but appreciate the incredible Lego displays scattered throughout the store. From the Disney Castle to the Pac-Man X-Wing, and the giant Eiffel Tower, the Lego creations are simply mind-blowing. Although, it’s a shame we can’t capture their true beauty due to the pesky black color and the glare. But trust us, they look amazing!

Well, that wraps up our Lego Store adventure in Washington DC. We hope you enjoyed tagging along with us and getting a glimpse into the exciting world of Lego shopping on a release day. And remember, if you’re looking to score some great Lego sets for a profit, stay tuned to our website for more tips and tricks.

Until next time, happy Lego hunting, folks!
