The LEGO Group designs an exclusive holiday gift sent out to its employees each year! They also send one to each of their ambassadors, which is how I was able to receive one.
I’m a bit torn on this set though because I love LEGO Friends and it’s the theme I probably purchase most often… but with the 90 year anniversary of LEGO this year it seems like a missed opportunity to celebrate Friends rather than 90 years of LEGO, through which Friends could have also been celebrated along with other huge theme milestones!
