Right alongside Minas Tirith’s release window, LEGO also dropped 43302 Main Street U.S.A., a 3,899-piece, $399.99 recreation of the entrance corridor at Disneyland and Disney World. Insiders got early access June 1, general release followed June 4.

The build covers the storefront row you walk through on the way into either park, and it comes with 16 minifigures: Mickey, Minnie, the Dapper Dans barbershop quartet, and a mix of park-guest figures rounding out the scene.

Why the minifigure count matters

Sixteen figures in one set is a lot, and several of these are either exclusive to this set or first appearances for that specific character look. That’s relevant beyond the sealed-box price. Disney-licensed sets consistently do well on the secondary market not just as complete builds but parted out for minifigure collectors who never intended to buy the whole $399.99 set just for one figure.

Disney Icons releases in general have been reliable performers for BrickFlips readers who hold rather than flip immediately. The license has staying power that a lot of one-off licensed sets don’t. If you’re the kind of buyer who grabs Icons sets to sit on, this is a reasonable one to add to the list, and if you’re more part-out minded, the minifigure lineup here is worth pricing out individually before you decide.

No verdict score yet; that comes with the full build review. Consider this the heads-up that it’s out and worth checking stock on before the early-release window fully closes out.
