September always seems to be a slow month for many sales as it typically is the end of summer and beginning of school for many here in the USA. The Fall is upon on us, plus don’t forget that August saw a plethora of Lego sets that were released.
That being said there still are some cool Lego sets that are available in September of 2022.

The latest Harry potter set has been rumored for quite some time and it is finally here. The LEGO Harry Potter Set 76405 called Hogwarts Express Collector’s Edition is the largest Harry Potter set to date at 5129 pieces and a price tag of $499.99.
Yes, the price tag is pretty large but it still holds value at just $0.10 per piece and a whooping 20 minifigures.
The detail on this set is really a masterpiece. It truly blows away the other train set with this careful attention to detail and volume of Harry Potter minifigures.

The new LEGO Ideas Motorized Lighthouse will make a great addition to any city with a seaside feel. It was a nice touch to add a motorized capability to this lighthouse so you can display the actual light.

Lego Investment Thoughts For The September 2022 Lego Releases
This month is not the best month for new Lego releases, but there are a few sets that many have been waiting for. The latest Harry Potter train set will please many Harry Potter fans.
Many of you who have the Harry Potter Hogwarts Express 75955 might still have the more profitable Lego set when it retires. At a cost of $500, this may never fetch you 100% ROI when it retires for more than 5 years. Hint, this probably won’t retire anytime soon.
My pick of the latest September releases actually the Duplo set 10976- Gingerbread House.
My main focus has been with Lego, there are so many holiday themed toys for small kids that have brought in over 200% ROI once the toy manufacturer stopped making them. Either way, the Duplo sets tend to fly under the radar as a Lego investment.
