LEGO Harry Potter Classroom Books – A Good Investment?

Are the LEGO Harry Potter classroom books a wise investment? from Youtuber- Brick Bucks

LEGO Harry Potter Classroom Books! A Good Investment?

Hey there LEGO enthusiasts, it’s time for another brick bucks update! I recently stumbled upon something that caught my eye on Instagram – four Harry Potter book sets. And let me tell you, they look way more appealing than the LEGO Ideas pop-up book (no offense, pop-up book fans).

A gentleman in our Facebook group shared an article that shed more light on these sets. The four LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts moments models are housed within textbooks and consist of four magical classes: Transfiguration, Potions, Herbology, and Charms. The details on the outside of these books are simply amazing.

Now, before we delve into the specifics, make sure to smash the like button and subscribe to our channel – we truly appreciate your support. Alright, let’s jump into the details from Brick Fanatics.

The sets are priced at $30 each, and it’s crucial to grab one of each set for investing and reselling purposes. Trust me, it’s better to have ten of each rather than sixty of just one set. Plus, keep in mind that these sets are likely to fly off the shelves as they will be available at big box retailers and possibly discounted by 20%.

In terms of return on investment, I initially thought the numbers seemed a bit high. However, I realized that these sets could easily generate a more than 100% return on investment on eBay. On Amazon, where prices tend to be higher, I projected around a $95 price point. This might seem conservative, but I believe it’s realistic.

When it comes to timing, it may take a couple of years after retirement to see a significant increase in value. Since these sets are likely to be in high demand, you might have to wait until the fourth quarter, or even later, to get the desired return on investment.

Now you may be thinking, are these sets worth it? Well, they certainly look amazing, and the minifigures are a nice bonus. The LEGO Harry Potter classroom book sets have that “cute” factor to them, which makes them appealing to people of all ages. Parents will want to buy them for their kids, and the grown-ups who grew up with Harry Potter won’t be able to resist either.

So, in conclusion, these Harry Potter book sets seem to have great potential for investment and resale.
